Choosing our Weekend Wedding Package allows plenty of time to decorate and enjoy the time leading up to your big day. Additional Amenities include having the property for 2 nights & 3 days. The property sleeps 14 people total. All linens & towels for beds are included. Our 2026 price for our Wedding Weekends is $4,087.50.
Wedding Inventory includes:
- (200) white chairs for the ceremony
- (68) white Lifetime chairs for indoor use
- (7) 72″ Round Tables – We recommend 132” table clothes.
- (5) 60″ Round Tables – We recommend 120” table clothes.
- (4) Rectangle tables (6 – 8 people each)
- (10) Cocktail tables (with 4 stools each)
- (4) Plastic cocktail tables
- All Outside Patio Areas – 3 outdoor tables & 20 outdoor chairs to go with them.
- Set-up and break-down of all tables and chairs.
Upgrades:
Heaters – We have 4 heaters that can be added on to your rental for $100.
We have a second movable bar that can be added to your rental for $100.
We have a movable large cooler on wheels that can be added on for $75.
If you want to upgrade the indoor or outdoor chairs to our ceremony chairs, they are $1.50 per chair. The picture below shows our upgraded chairs.
If you are interested in a Day Wedding Package:
$2,500 Regular Season.
$2,750 Peak Season.
Peak Season: March – July and September – December | Regular Season: January, February, and August
Full Day Rental is from 8:00 am – 11:59 pm for both Reception and Wedding rentals. This includes your time to decorate & clean-up. Everything must be out by midnight.
