Full Day Rental is from 8:00 am – 10:30 pm. All events must be completely out & cleaned up by midnight. For 2025 Day rentals are only on weekdays.
Price for a Day Rental is $750.
The use of all of the outside area is included in your rental fee.
Day Rentals require a signed contract and a deposit of $350 to reserve your date.

- Stocked Pond for Catch And Release Fishing
- Set-up and break-down of all tables and chairs.

Add on’s:
Heaters – We have 4 heaters that can be added on to your rental for $100.
We have a second movable bar that can be added on to your rental for $100.
We have a movable large cooler on wheels that can be added on for $50.
Linen rental: Inside plastic tables, outside patio tables, rectangle tables and plastic high top tables. Linen Fee is $175. We clean up linens and have out for your rental. Linen fee MUST be discussed prior to your rental to ensure we have enough.
